Brice Pelfrey

Brice joined the Beck Partners team in 2012. He offers clients more than 15 years of commercial property management experience. Through his career, he has been responsible for millions of square feet of commercial and multi-use properties.

Brice oversees Beck Partners’ portfolio of properties, as well as all divisions of Beck Partners’ Property Management Department, including asset services, construction management and facility maintenance. The Beck Partners’ portfolio represents commercial and multifamily properties throughout the Southeast. Brice is responsible for the supervision of managers and properties, training of employees, and reporting on the financial and physical status of each investment to property owners. Most importantly, he works closely with managers of each property to guarantee quality service to each tenant is always kept at the highest possible level.

Brice has produced many innovative and successful projects, including a tenant relations program, automated property management systems, and enhanced communication with management and field personnel. In addition, he has spearheaded the expansion of the Property Management Division from Pensacola to surrounding markets in the Southeast. Through his leadership, Beck Partners’ Property Management Division has become recognized as a partner who can assist clients in achieving their investment and operational goals.

Brice has a Bachelor of Science and a Double Major in Real Estate and Multinational Business from Florida State University.

Brice lives in Pensacola, Florida with his wife and three children. You can most often find him enjoying outdoor activities. His favorites are golf and boating.
