    Calvin Bell joined Beck Partners in June 2018 and brought with him over 30 years of experience in business development and account management in real estate, banking/finance, and software. Calvin owned a CRE Brokerage in Georgia, where he specialized in land deals and multi-tract assemblage for buyers, sellers, and national clients. In addition, Calvin has held National Account Manager and Director of Business Development positions with several global companies, including Citicorp, BellSouth, and Oracle.

    Along with his extensive commercial real estate background, Calvin also provided business development consulting in the areas of marketing, sales, strategic planning and financing to startup, mid-size, and enterprise businesses. He has served and advised a variety of clients including IBM, AT&T, Xerox, Hawaiian Airlines, Toyota, and Deutsche Bank. His experience spans across numerous industries, including real estate, technology, financial services, oil, gas, and healthcare.

    Calvin has a Bachelor of Science in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He also has a broker’s license in Georgia and Florida.
