  • Professional History

    Janice joined Beck Partners in September of 2014. Prior to joining Beck, she incurred 20 years of experience with BCBSF (Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida). During this period, she worked in HR in employee relations and in recruiting. However, she didn’t stop there. Janice made herself a valuable asset by also gaining experience in Community Relations, in Business Continuity (developed business emergency preparedness plans), and in Facility Coordination/Management. She also pursued her passion of working with children by tutoring remedial Elementary grades within the Escambia County School District. Now, Janice uses her diverse skillset to aid in the success of Beck Partners’ Property Management division.

  • Family & Hobbies

    Janice enjoys landscaping and hardscaping; her backyard is her canvas. She has a yellow Lab named Iris, who is her best canine friend. Janice loves long-distance bike riding (not racing) and rides in The Big Easy (a 26-mile bike ride in NO, LA), in The Good Life Ride (a 19-mile bike ride in Gulf Shores, AL), and enjoys lots of bike riding in the Pensacola/Milton area. She especially likes going to the beach in the wintertime. Her favorite catchphrase is: “Communication is the spice of life…it’s everything!”
