On August 15th, team members of Beck Partners watched Kristine Rushing receive her 2017 Pinnacle Award for her outstanding leadership and community engagement. Being one of ten outstanding women recognized by 850—The Business Magazine of Northwest Florida, Kristine was gracious and humble in her acceptance.

Kristine was nominated by a few key team members of Beck Partners for her “true leadership in making Beck Partners one of the most outstanding places to work in the region, as exhibited by The Studer Institute’s Employer of the Year Award in 2016 and being recognized in 2017 by Florida Trend as a Best Places to work,” states Justin Beck, CEO of Beck Partners. “She is a rare leader that is able to exhibit the intensity and drive needed to win, combined with the care and compassion needed to grow and lead a team. Kristine embodies the American spirit of hard work and entrepreneurialism.”

Kristine helped grow the firm by over 40% in terms of revenue and over 30% in employees since taking on the role of COO. She’s a first-generation US Citizen, a graduate of Escambia High School and she’s a certified John Maxwell coach. Kristine is active in the community as a board member of Global Connections to Employment, CareerSource Escarosa and Consumer Credit Counseling. She has volunteered her time as a Faculty Speaker and Facilitator at the Studer Community Institute, she is a past president of Pensacola Young Professionals and a founding Chair of the organization.
