Multifamily real estate, specifically mobile home parks, continue to be a strong performing asset both nationally and in the Southeastern market. The tight market conditions in both multifamily and single-family housing led to unprecedented rent growth in 2021. Asking rents increased by 8% in the first half of 2021 and in the third quarter, annual rent growth rates established a new record-high. Most recently, Jared was retained by Climb Capital of Pensacola to sell Creighton Mobile Home Park in Pensacola.  The highlight of this transaction was closing on December 28, just prior to year’s end.

Additionally, Jared facilitated the sale of Suburban Mobile Home Park and Johnson Road Mobile Home Park, a two park portfolio in Albany, Georgia totaling 145 lots. 

Jared also helped both buyer and seller navigate multiple hurdles to close Karema Estates, a 107 lot mobile home park in Cairo, Georgia.
